2014 is just about a week old.   Hopefully all your resolutions are holding strong.  This is a great year to achieve the optimal health you've been looking for.   We here at Mother Nature's Remedy are here to help you along the way.  Since weight loss is one of people's biggest goals after New Years, we thought we'd highlight a few of the products that could aid in that endeavour.  Weight loss actually is one of the best things you can do for your health as long as it is truly needed and done in a responsible manner.  We are not here to promote crash diets, fads and unsafe practices.  Our company's goals are that of bringing optimal health, not promoting vanity for vanity's sake.   When you are healthy your inner and outer beauty will shine naturally.  Please remember that common sense and holistic health dictate that these products are designed to be supplements... not to take the place of a balanced diet and exercise.  Even though we don't sell much food or exercise equipment, that doesn't mean we aren't going to promote it as well!  With that being said let's look at a list of the products we recommend for weight loss.

Irwin Naturals makes a great Green Tea Fat Metabolizer. Jump start your metabolism and get that fat burning! 

Another product from Irwin Naturals is their Carb Blocker.  For those of you that can't escape the temptation of bread and pasta this product is for you.  This will aid in breaking down and digesting carbs.  

Raspberry Ketone is one of those weight loss buzz words out there.  It is a natural product derived from raspberries.  It's the part of the berry that gives them there sweet aroma's.  For you scientific folk out there, preclinical research suggests that it has potential to influence adiponectin, a hormone that modulates fatty acid catabolism and is inversely correlated with body fat levels.
